The bidding platform will open on January 16th and conclude on Thursday, January 30th at approximately 11:00am.  Any bidding that takes place at 10:00am or after will extend the bidding until all bids are exhausted.  Bid extensions are 3 minutes each.  All parcels are “open” and will be sold simultaneously when all bids are exhausted.

ONLINE ONLY REAL ESTATE AUCTION!! Property is being sold online only. Auction is scheduled to close on Thursday, January 30th at 10:00AM via soft close. . Final bid is subject to approval by the district court of Adams County. 

If late bidding occurs, time will extend 3 minutes for each bid that is placed until all bids are exhausted. By placing a bid, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the seller to purchase the real estate should you be the highest bidder.  All 3 tracts will close simultaneously when all bidding is completed.

Property will be sold subject to the seller’s confirmation.  The 2024 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers. Title insurance will be split equally between the buyer and the seller. All equipment and improvements sell in “as is” condition.
