All interested parties can come during the scheduled time to discuss the properties and to get assistance with registration and online bidding. You do not have to be present to bid online.

The bidding platform will open on January 16th and conclude on Thursday, January 30th at approximately 11:00am. Any bidding that takes place at 10:00am or after will extend the bidding until all bids are exhausted. Bid extensions are 3 minutes each. All parcels are “open” and will be sold simultaneously when all bids are exhausted.
